Barista Academy
At our own Barista Academy, we train every barista in the ONE PRICE COFFEE network. Our goal is to provide all cafe staff, including partners, with opportunities to develop professional skills and personal qualities. We conduct masterclasses, involve of external experts, pay for courses, and find mentors.
No experience? No problem!
Every year, we welcome over 2500 interns who undergo training at one of our Barista Academy schools in major cities of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar) dedicated to shaping real baristas. Those who complete the traineeship with usб build their careers not only in cafes but also in the office. In just one year, you can grow from a barista to a coffee shop manager!
