1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The rules for conducting and the conditions of the loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) apply in all cafes of the federal chain ONE PRICE COFFEE. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in case of acceptance of the proposed terms, the person performing the acceptance of this public offer becomes a user of the Bonus card of the loyalty program by registering, authorizing, accumulating, and using bonuses called "prices" when paying a bill at ONE PRICE COFFEE cafes (hereinafter referred to as the "Cafe") under the conditions set forth below.

1.2. Terms and definitions:

1.2.1. "ONE PRICE COFFEE" Loyalty Program – a loyalty program that regulates the relationship between the Participant and the Executor regarding the Participant's acquisition of rights to receive privileges and use the conditions and promotions of the loyalty program.

1.2.2. Loyalty Program Participant (hereinafter referred to as the Participant) – a capable natural person (Art. 21 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) who has registered for the loyalty program.

1.2.3. "ONE PRICE COFFEE" Mobile Application – a software product designed for registration and subsequent identification of the Participant in the Executor's program, used as a tool for accumulating and writing off bonuses and using other conditions of the loyalty program.

1.2.4. Passes Wallet and Apple Wallet Applications – software products designed for subsequent identification of the Participant in the Executor's program, used as a tool for accumulating bonuses and using other conditions of the loyalty program.

1.2.5. Bonus Card – an electronic loyalty program card valid during the term of the Agreement, allowing the Participant to receive, accumulate, and write off accumulated bonuses called "prices" towards partial payment of a purchase, and receive other privileges in accordance with the conditions and promotions of the loyalty program. The Bonus Card is located in the "ONE PRICE COFFEE" mobile application, the Apple Wallet application, and the Passes Wallet application.

1.2.6. Bonus Card Balance – a conditional positive amount of accumulated "prices" expressing the property equivalent of the Bonus Card Participant's right to receive catering services under the conditions specified in this Agreement. The Bonus Card belongs to the Participant, and its transfer to another person, even for temporary use, is not permitted. If such situations are identified, the Bonus Card will be blocked by the Executor.

1.2.7. Bonuses – settlement units called "prices" credited to the Participant's Bonus Card balance.

1.2.8. Payment with Bonuses – the process of writing off bonuses from the Participant's Bonus Card balance to pay for part of an order.

The specified terms and definitions may be written in the Agreement with either a capital or lowercase letter, and in either singular or plural form.

1.3. Each Participant has their own bonus account.

1.4. Bonuses on the card do not have a cash equivalent and do not imply payment of their cash value.

1.5. The Rules of the Loyalty Program may be changed by LLC "VAN GROUP COMPANY" at any time unilaterally with mandatory publication in the "ONE PRICE COFFEE" mobile application and on the website https://onepricecoffee.com/. Changes to the Loyalty Program come into force from the moment of their publication, or within other timeframes established by LLC "VAN GROUP COMPANY".

1.6. Each participant, by registering and participating in the Loyalty Program, confirms that they are familiar with these rules and conditions, fully accept them, and agree to their application, including any updates, for the entire period of participation in the Program.

1.7. The parties conclude an Agreement under which the Executor undertakes to provide catering services under the terms of this Agreement to the Customer during the term of this Agreement. By registering for the "ONE PRICE COFFEE" loyalty program, the Participant confirms full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and undertakes to comply with them.

1.8. A person has the right to become a Participant upon making a purchase at a cafe for any amount.

2. REGISTRATION IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

2.1. Registration in the Loyalty Program is carried out using the "ONE PRICE COFFEE" Mobile Application by registering in a personal account and filling in mandatory fields (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, E-mail).

2.2. To receive privileges, the Participant must provide all the data specified in clause 2.1 of these Rules and give consent to the processing of personal data.

2.3. Consent to the processing of personal data, receipt of service and marketing mailings, participation in promotional games or contests is governed by the Personal Data Processing Policy. Provided that consent to the processing of personal data is given, from the moment the Participant registers in the "ONE PRICE COFFEE" mobile application and uses the electronic card (wallet), participation in the Loyalty Program, the Participant's consent to the Loyalty Rules and the Personal Data Processing Policy is confirmed.

2.4. In case of refusal to provide consent to the processing of personal data, participation in the Loyalty Program is not possible.

2.5. The Participant is responsible for the relevance and accuracy of the data provided during registration in the Loyalty Program, and independently monitors and updates this information, including when changing a mobile phone number.

2.6. Collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data of Loyalty Program Participants is carried out by LLC "VAN GROUP COMPANY" in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

3. ACCUMULATING POINTS IN THE BONUS PROGRAM

3.1. The loyalty program bonus card provides the Participant with the following Privileges: 1 price = 1 ruble.

3.2. The loyalty program has a multi-level accumulation system. The cashback percentage depends on the amount of purchases the guest makes while at each level.

  • 3% level – the guest receives immediately upon registration and when making purchases with a total amount of up to 2,000 rubles.
  • 5% level – when making purchases from 0 to 9,000 rubles after moving to the level.
  • 7% level – when making purchases from 0 to 18,000 rubles after moving to the level.
  • 10% level

3.3. The level increases as the total purchase amount at each level accumulates. To maintain the 7% level and the 10% level, purchases must be made for a certain amount within every 90 days from the moment of moving to the level, namely: to maintain the 7% level, purchases of 5,000 rubles are required; to maintain the 10% level, purchases of 7,000 rubles are required.

3.4. Accumulated prices and the level are valid for 90 days from the last purchase. If no purchases are made within 90 days, the level becomes 3%, and accumulated prices for purchases expire.

3.5. The Bonus Card user has all the rights granted by consumer protection legislation.

3.6. Bonuses are accumulated on any order paid fully in cash and/or by card. The Bonus Card does not apply simultaneously with other promotions and offers containing special prices (discounts on pastries, combo offers, etc.), and bonuses are not accrued for goods and services under such promotions. The program does not apply simultaneously with any other bonus, discount cards, or coupons, or other loyalty programs.

4. PAYMENT WITH POINTS IN THE BONUS PROGRAM

4.1. Accumulated prices can be used as partial payment for subsequent purchases. Up to 30% of the cost of a dish or drink can be paid with prices at the fixed price indicated in the menu. Bonuses are not accrued on the remaining amount paid with money. The maximum write-off percentage of up to 30% is possible if there are prices on the guest's balance and when authorizing in the receipt via the bonus card in the mobile application.

4.2. The Participant has the right to write off or accumulate prices, participate in Loyalty Program promotions, accumulate special marks (stamps), and receive a complimentary drink under the "10th coffee free" promotion using a code, barcode, or QR code from the mobile application.
In the absence of a downloaded mobile application, the Participant has the right to provide the mobile phone number specified during registration in the Loyalty Program, or an electronic card from the Passes Wallet and Apple Wallet applications, to accumulate prices and special marks (stamps) under the "10th coffee free" promotion. When the Participant is authorized by phone number or electronic card from Passes Wallet and Apple Wallet applications, the following are not available: writing off prices, participating in Loyalty Program promotions, and receiving a complimentary drink.

4.3. The Participant has the right to participate in marketing promotions under the loyalty program, namely:

  • A Participant who has downloaded the ONE PRICE COFFEE mobile application and registered is entitled to a welcome bonus gift of 100 prices credited to their bonus card balance. With these bonuses, the Participant can pay up to 30% of the amount of the first and subsequent purchases within 10 days from the date of registration in the mobile application, after which the bonus prices expire. If the participant has previously registered in the ONE PRICE COFFEE loyalty program, welcome bonuses will not be credited.
  • A Participant receives a birthday gift – a 50% cashback on a purchase. The offer is valid for 5 days: 2 days before the birthday, on the day itself, and 2 days after the date. Increased cashback is accrued once per purchase of any drink or dish. The received cashback is active for 10 days from the date of accrual, after which the bonus prices expire. Gift cashback does not combine with other discounts and cashbacks.
  • The Participant has the right to participate in the "Invite a Friend" promotion, inviting friends to join the loyalty program and make purchases at ONE PRICE COFFEE cafes. The Participant receives a 50% cashback on the first loyalty program purchase of each invited friend. The friend must register for the Loyalty Program by installing the mobile application. Then, they must make their first purchase within 14 days after registration for any amount using the loyalty program, paying with money. The validity period of the gift cashback is 30 days. Gift cashback does not combine with other discounts and cashbacks.

4.4. The validity period of prices for additional promotions is specified separately in push notifications, email messages, social networks, or the mobile application.

4.5. To receive catering services under the terms of this Agreement, the Bonus Card Participant must present a code from the "ONE PRICE COFFEE" mobile application, a code from the electronic bonus card of the Passes Wallet and Apple Wallet applications, or state their phone number to the cafe barista (cashier) when paying.

5. BASIC RULES FOR APPLYING CERTAIN TYPES OF PROMOTIONS

5.1. 10th drink free promotion:

  • The promotion is only for loyalty program participants who purchase any 600 ml drinks on regular/alternative milk;
  • Participation in the promotion occurs by accumulating special marks (stamps) in the mobile application on the main screen;
  • After purchasing 9 drinks (accumulating 9 stamps), the participant is entitled to receive the 10th drink for free. At the moment of receiving the 10th promotional drink, the accumulated stamps are written off at the cash register.
  • A stamp under the promotion is accrued if the purchase was paid with funds (Russian rubles). If the participant writes off prices for a drink, that drink is not counted towards accumulating stamps under the promotion;
  • Prices are not accrued for purchasing a drink under the promotion; only a stamp is accrued. However, if milk or another drink or dish is present in the receipt along with the drink, prices are accrued for it;
  • The promotion is valid in all cafes;
  • The 10th free drink can be claimed within 3 months.

6. NOTIFYING PARTICIPANTS

6.1. The mobile application informs Participants about:

  • the location on the map and operating hours of the "ONE PRICE COFFEE" catering establishment;
  • the Participant's bonus account;
  • active general and personal promotions;
  • order closure and received prices (via Push notifications);
  • purchase history;
  • payment results: amount of accumulated bonus points, progress on stamp promotions.

6.2. Information mailings: a loyalty program participant may receive SMS, email, and push notifications about order closure and other events occurring within the activation of promotions, provided they have given consent via the mobile application or when filling out a form.

7. USING THE BONUS CARD

7.1. The Participant receives a Bonus Card upon registration and identification in the "ONE PRICE COFFEE" Mobile Application, or upon registration at the cashier with a barista, or upon registration and identification in the Apple Wallet and Passes Wallet applications.

7.2. The Executor reserves the right to refuse to provide catering services or not perform transactions using the Bonus Card if they have doubts about the legitimacy of the Bonus Card's use.

7.3. The Executor reserves the right to terminate any Participant's participation in the Program without warning for any reason, including, but not limited to, cases where the Participant:

  • exceeds the limit for bonus or discount activations;
  • is added to a block list for violating internal cafe rules;
  • is added to a global block list due to failed attempts to activate bonuses or discounts;
  • does not comply with the terms of this Agreement;
  • provides misleading information or incorrect details to the Executor;

7.4. If a Participant has not made a purchase under the loyalty program within 365 days, they will need to re-register.

7.5. The Participant reserves the right to terminate their participation in the Program at any time by sending a written notice of termination to the Executor through feedback on the official social networks of the ONE PRICE COFFEE company, in the mobile application via a feedback form, or by submitting a request to the email: support@onepricecoffee.com. The Participant's account will be blocked in this case.

7.6. If a Bonus Card Participant encounters any difficulties or has other questions, they can contact the official social networks of the ONE PRICE COFFEE company, use the feedback form in the mobile application, or submit a request via email: support@onepricecoffee.com

8. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

8.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the Participant accepts the terms of this Agreement by registering for the loyalty program.

8.2. Registration of the Participant in the loyalty program is confirmation that the User is familiar with the terms of this Agreement and concludes it under these terms.

8.3. This Agreement is valid until December 31, 2026, provided there are no objections from the Parties. The Agreement is automatically extended for the next calendar year if the Participant has made at least one purchase under the loyalty program within 365 days.

8.4. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of receiving the electronic bonus card and is valid for 365 days from the date of the last purchase.

9. OTHER CONDITIONS

9.1. Unilateral termination of this Agreement is permitted in cases established by law.

9.2. The Executor is not liable for calculations with the User under this Agreement in the event of unforeseen failures in the operation of electrical networks or data transmission networks.

9.3. Damages under this Agreement are compensated within the limits of actual damage.
