1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The rules and conditions of the loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) apply in all coffee shops of the ONE PRICE COFFEE federal chain. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, if the proposed terms are accepted, the person accepting this public offer becomes a user of the Bonus Card of the loyalty program by registering, authorizing, accumulating and using bonuses, referred to as "prices" when paying the bill at the ONE PRICE COFFEE coffee shop network (hereinafter referred to as the "Coffee Shop") on the terms set out below.

1.2. Terms and Definitions:

1.2.1. Loyalty Program – a loyalty program governing the relationship between the Participant and the Executor regarding the Participant's acquisition of rights to receive privileges and use the terms and promotions of the loyalty program.

1.2.2. Loyalty Program Participant (hereinafter referred to as the Participant) - a capable individual (Article 21 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) who has registered in the loyalty program.

1.2.3. Mobile Application "ONE PRICE COFFEE" - a software product designed for registration and subsequent identification of the Participant in the Executor's program, used as a tool for accumulating and writing off bonuses and using other conditions of the loyalty program.

1.2.4. Passes Wallet and Apple Wallet Applications - software products designed for subsequent identification of the Participant in the Executor's program, used as a tool for accumulating and writing off bonuses and using other conditions of the loyalty program.

1.2.5. Bonus Card – an electronic card of the loyalty program for the duration of the Agreement, allowing the Participant to receive, accumulate and write off accumulated bonuses, referred to as "prices" as partial payment for a purchase, and receive other privileges in accordance with the terms and promotions of the loyalty program. The Bonus Card is located in the mobile application "ONE PRICE COFFEE", in the Apple Wallet application and in the Passes Wallet application.

1.2.6. Bonus Card Balance - a conditional positive sum of accumulated "prices", expressing the property equivalent of the volume of the Bonus Card Participant's right to receive catering services on the terms specified in this Agreement. The Bonus Card belongs to the Participant, and its transfer to a second person, even for temporary use, is not allowed. If such situations are detected, the Bonus Card will be blocked by the Executor.

1.2.7. Bonuses - accounting units, referred to as "prices", credited to the balance of the Participant's Bonus Card.

1.2.8. Payment with bonuses - the process of writing off bonuses from the balance of the Participant's Bonus Card to pay for part of the order. The writing of these terms and definitions may be carried out in the Agreement with both capital and lowercase letters, both in the singular and in the plural. 1.3. Each Participant has their own bonus account. 1.4. Bonuses on the card have no cash value and do not imply payment of their cash equivalent. 1.5. The rules of the Loyalty Program may be changed by VAN GRUP KOMPANI LLC at any time unilaterally with mandatory publication in the mobile application "ONE PRICE COFFEE" and on the website https://onepricecoffee.com/. Changes to the Loyalty Program come into force from the moment of their publication, or at other times determined by VAN GRUP KOMPANI LLC. 1.6. Each participant, by registering and participating in the Loyalty Program, confirms that they have read these rules and conditions, fully accept them and agree to their application, including any updates, for the entire period of participation in the Program. 1.7. The Parties enter into an Agreement, according to which the Executor undertakes, during the term of this Agreement, to provide catering services to the Customer on the terms of this Agreement. By registering in the ONE PRICE COFFEE loyalty program, the Participant confirms full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and undertakes to comply with them. 1.8. A person has the right to become a Participant when making a purchase at a coffee shop for any amount.

2. REGISTRATION IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

2.1. Registration in the Loyalty Program is carried out:

• using the Mobile Application "ONE PRICE COFFEE" - by registering in your personal account by filling in the required fields (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, E-mail);

• using the telegram bot "ONE PRICE COFFEE" - by specifying a mobile phone number.

2.2. To receive privileges, the Participant must provide all the data specified in clause 2.1 of these Rules and give consent to the processing of personal data.

2.3. Consent to the processing of personal data, receiving service and advertising newsletters, participation in promotional games or contests is governed by the Policy regarding the processing of personal data. Provided that consent to the processing of personal data is given, from the moment the Participant registers in the mobile application "ONE PRICE COFFEE" and uses their electronic card (wallet), participation in the Loyalty Program, the Participant's consent to the Loyalty Rules and the Policy regarding the processing of personal data is confirmed.

2.4. In case of refusal to provide consent to the processing of personal data, participation in the Loyalty Program is impossible.

2.5. The Participant is responsible for the relevance and accuracy of the data provided during registration in the Loyalty Program, and independently controls

and updates this information, including when changing a mobile phone number.

2.6. The collection, storage, processing and use of personal data of Loyalty Program Participants is carried out by VAN GRUP KOMPANI LLC in accordance with the Policy regarding the processing of personal data.

3. ACCUMULATION OF POINTS UNDER THE BONUS PROGRAM

3.1. The loyalty program Bonus Card provides the Participant with the following Privileges: 1 price = 1 ruble.

3.2. The loyalty program has a multi-level accumulation system. The cashback percentage depends on the amount of purchases the guest makes while at each level.

- level 3% – the guest receives immediately upon registration and when making purchases for a total amount of up to 2,000 rubles.

- level 5% – when making purchases from 0 to 9,000 rubles after moving to the level.

- level 7% – when making purchases from 0 to 18,000 rubles after moving to the level.

- level 10%

3.3. The level increases as the total amount of purchases at each level accumulates. To maintain level 7% and level 10%, you need to make purchases for a certain amount within every 90 days from the moment of moving to the level, namely to maintain level 7% you need to buy for 5,000 rubles, to maintain level 10% you need to buy for 7,000 rubles.

3.4. Accumulated prices and the level are valid for 90 days from the date of the last purchase. If there are no purchases within 90 days, the level becomes 3%, and the accumulated prices for purchases are burned.

3.5. The user of the Bonus Card has all the rights granted to them by consumer protection legislation.

3.6. Bonuses are accumulated on any order paid in full in cash and/or by bank transfer. The Bonus Card does not apply simultaneously with other promotions and offers containing special prices (discount on pastries, combo offers, etc.), bonuses are not accrued for goods and services under such promotions. The Program does not apply simultaneously with any other bonus, discount cards or coupons, or other loyalty programs.

4. PAYMENT WITH POINTS UNDER THE BONUS PROGRAM

4.1. Accumulated prices can be used as partial payment for subsequent purchases. You can write off up to 30% of the cost of a dish or drink at the fixed price indicated in the menu with prices. Bonuses are not accrued on the balance paid with money when writing off prices. The maximum write-off percentage

of up to 30% is possible if the guest has prices on their balance, and upon authorization in the receipt via the bonus card in the mobile application.

4.2. The Participant has the right to participate in marketing promotions under the loyalty program, namely:

• The Participant receives a gift for their birthday – 50% cashback on the purchase. The offer is valid for 5 days: 2 days before the birthday, on the holiday itself, and within 2 days after the date. Increased cashback is awarded once for the purchase of any drink or dish. The received cashback is active within 10 days from the moment it is accrued, after which the gift prices are burned. Cashback is not accrued on coffee beans (bags). Gift cashback is not cumulative with other discounts and cashbacks.

• The Participant has the right to participate in the "Invite a Friend" promotion, invite friends to participate in the loyalty program and make purchases at the ONE PRICE COFFEE coffee shop network of their friends. The Participant receives 50% cashback for the first purchase under the loyalty program of each invited friend. The friend must register in the Loyalty Program by installing the mobile application. Then make the first purchase within 14 days after registration for any amount under the loyalty program, paying for it with money. The validity period of the gift cashback is 30 days. Cashback is not accrued on coffee beans (bags). Gift cashback is not cumulative with other discounts and cashbacks.

4.3. The validity period of prices for additional promotions is indicated separately in push messages, e-mail messages, social networks or in the mobile application.

4.4. To receive catering services on the terms of this Agreement, the Bonus Card Participant, when paying, presents the coffee shop barista (cashier) with a code from the mobile application "ONE PRICE COFFEE", a code from an electronic bonus card, or gives their phone number.

5. BASIC RULES FOR APPLYING CERTAIN TYPES OF PROMOTIONS

5.1. Promotion 10th drink as a gift:

• promotion only for loyalty program participants who buy any drinks of 600 ml volume with classic milk/alternative;

• participation in the promotion occurs by accumulating special marks (stamps) in the mobile application on the main screen;

• after purchasing 9 drinks (accumulating 9 stamps), the promotion participant has the right to receive the 10th drink as a gift. At the moment of receiving the 10th promotional drink, the accumulated stamps are written off at the checkout.

• a stamp under the promotion is accrued if the purchase was paid for with cash (Russian rubles). If a promotion participant writes off prices for a drink, then such a drink is not counted towards the accumulation of stamps under the promotion;

• prices are not accrued for the purchase of a drink under the promotion, only a stamp is accrued. But, if the receipt includes milk or some other drink or dish along with the drink, then prices are accrued on that item;

6. INFORMING PARTICIPANTS

6.1. The mobile application informs Participants about:

• location on the map and opening hours of the public catering facility "ONE PRICE COFFEE";

• the Participant's bonus account;

• current general and personal promotions;

• order closure and received prices (via Push notifications);

• purchase history;

• payment result: amount of accumulated bonus points, progress on stamp promotions.

6.2. Information mailings: a loyalty program participant can receive sms, email and push notifications about order closure and other events occurring within the framework of promotions if they have given their consent via the mobile application or when filling out a questionnaire.

7. USING THE BONUS CARD

7.1. The Participant receives a Bonus Card upon registration and identification in the Mobile Application "ONE PRICE COFFEE", or upon registration at the checkout with the barista, or upon registration and identification in the Apple Wallet application and in the Passes Wallet application.

7.2. The Executor has the right to refuse to provide catering services, or not to make payments using the Bonus Card if they have doubts about the legality of using the Bonus Card.

7.3. The Executor has the right to terminate any Participant's participation in the Program without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, if the Participant:

- exceeded the limit for activating bonuses or discounts;

- is blacklisted due to violation of the coffee shop's internal rules;

- is on the global blacklist due to unsuccessful attempts to activate bonuses or discounts;

- does not comply with the terms of this Agreement;

- provides misleading information, or provided incorrect information to the Executor;

7.4. If a Participant has not made a purchase under the loyalty program for 365 days, they will need to register again.

7.5. A Participant has the right to terminate their participation in the Program at any time by sending a written notice of termination of participation to the Executor via feedback in the official social networks of ONE PRICE COFFEE, in the mobile application via the feedback form, or through a request to

email: support@onepricecoffee.com. The Participant's account will then be blocked.

7.6. If the Bonus Card Participant has any difficulties or other questions, they can contact the official social networks of ONE PRICE COFFEE, in the mobile application via the feedback form, or leave a request via email: support@onepricecoffee.com

8. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

8.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the Participant accepts the terms of this Agreement by registering in the loyalty program.

8.2. Registration of the Participant in the loyalty program confirms that the User has read the terms of this Agreement and concludes it on these terms.

8.3. This Agreement is valid until December 31, 2026, in the absence of objections from the Parties. The Agreement is automatically renewed for the next calendar year if the Participant has made at least one purchase under the loyalty program within 365 days.

8.4. This Agreement comes into force from the moment the electronic bonus card is received and is valid for 365 days from the date of the last purchase.

9. OTHER CONDITIONS

9.1. Unilateral termination of this Agreement is permitted in cases established by law.

9.2. The Executor is not responsible for settlements with the User under this Agreement in the event of unforeseen failures in the functioning of electrical networks or data transmission networks.

9.3. Losses under this Agreement are compensated within the limits of actual damage.
